What are your Core Values?

In Gino Wickman’s book Traction, he defines Core Values as “a small set of vital and timeless guiding principles for your company”. There are usually 3-7. They define your culture and if they are clear, will attracted the right people to your team and your customer base. As a business consultant, I have both personal and professional core values.
