Why is it important to make an Accountability Chart for your team rather than just an Organizational Chart? The Accountability Chart is to hold team members accountable for their job descriptions. Job descriptions must be attached. It is not just to organize the company and the people working for it. Sometimes there is a cross-over that should be included in the job description.
