Business Core Processes

What are your Business Core Processes? Most of the time when I begin working with a small business, there is no manual that has the core processes documented in them. In these instances, team members may know what to do and may be able to verbally pass them on, but if they leave, someone coming in has no place to look at and reference these processes. They have no idea what to do or where to start. This is very common. It is important to document 20% of the processes that produce 80% of the results. Have a “process discovery meeting” with your team.
