John Maxwell on Leadership

John Maxwell is an incredible leader and I have read many of his books. On page 33 of How Successful People Lead Maxwell states, “Just because you have the right to do something as a leader does not mean it is the right thing to do." He goes on to say we should use our authority to serve others and not focus on enjoying it.
