The Great Resignation. Heard of it? It is the current economic state we are living in, where hundreds and thousands of employees are quitting their jobs every week due to burnout and/or other workplace issues. According to the American Psychological Association, 43% of U.S. employees feel that their bosses don’t prioritize their work-life balance. In order to get employees to stay at their jobs and generate business growth, there needs to be a healthy culture and work environment in place so people feel important and necessary.
