Traction's 1st Commandment

According to Gino Wickman in the book Traction, the 1st commandment of solving issues is “Thou Shalt Not Rule by Consensus.” Rarely does everyone agree on a decision. When there is discussion and everyone is heard out, it is still the leader’s decision. Make the right one!
